TEMSA Spare Parts Teams are focused on parts management and support activities throughout the aftersales process for TEMSA vehicles.

Spare Parts teams are structured to offer timely and effective services for TEMSA vehicles operating both on Domestic and Foreign markets.


Spare Parts Domestic Sales


Manages the domestic sales process with 85 authorised dealers and 10 spare parts services.

With the target of right pricing for right sales in domestic market, our domestic sales team: performs profitability studies on market, supplier and part type for market/shelf parts and TEMSA unique parts, contacts the service and makes required notifications,

• Transfers the orders received through OTOSOFT to TEMSA (SAP) system,
• Prepares special offers for special orders,
• Prepares recommended stock lists for new vehicles commissioned on the field,
• Performs service and customer visits and keeps close contact with our services, responds immediately to the requests from the field by communicating rapidly with the approach of dynamic field management,
• Specifies the fastest and most suitable way of shipment on basis of the order type,
• Provides ease of access for the dealers and services by means of Spare Parts Catalogue system,
• Provides all necessary documents during the shipments (waybill, invoice, commercial documents, etc.)
• Prepares parts availability plan for After-Sales Services (warranty and modification parts),
• Realizes Parts Pricing and Alternative Sales researches,
• Provides technical support and guidance on solving issues for new and existing dealers/services,
• Supports services and dealers through online systems and with trainings as necessary,
• Prepares stock reduction campaigns for dealers/services,
• Follows-up and reports dealer/service performances,

Export Sales Team exports to 59 different countries in total and manages the process with 2 distributors, 1 logistics center and 33 authorised dealers

Our Export Sales Team establishes the first contact with the Dealer/Service or the customer and provides the required information,

• Transfers the orders received through POMS (http://online.temsa.com.tr or e-partlist.temsa.com ) to the TEMSA (SAP) system after obtaining the customer confirmation by means of a quote,
• Prepares special offers for special orders,
• Prepares recommended stock lists for new vehicles commissioned on the field,
• Makes service stock plans and develops sales strategies for target markets by keeping constant communication with International Sales Department,
• Performs service and customer visits and keeps close contact with our services, responds immediately to the requests from the field by communicating rapidly with the approach of dynamic field management ,
• Specifies the fastest and most suitable way of shipment on basis of the order type,
• Provides ease of access for the dealers and services by means of Spare Parts Catalogue system, (E-partlist & E-doc)

Our Logistics Center, TEMSA AUSTRIA


Our Spare Parts Logistics Center organization in Europe handles its warehouse management, on time material ordering, on time material shipment for the customer and payment follow-up processes by its own means.

It provides quick access to parts particularly in 13 Service points in Austria as well as the countries such as Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Hungary, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Malta, Norway and Slovenia.

Spare Parts Stock Planning

Spare parts stock planning conducts the spare parts sales analysis for 63.000 items used on
vehicles that have 188 different configuration on the field and makes the most suitable stock
building planning on basis of the results of such analysis, prepares the next period planning,
conducts studies focused on customers/markets/seasons/processes on basis of the characteristics of different situations,

• Provides early and batch supply benefits by preparing seasonal spare parts usage forecasts and stock planning,
• Determines the service projections and service package stock planning on basis of the mileage x service requirements studies conducted in collaboration with Warranty and After Sales departments,
• Evaluates the accident package stock planning studies on basis of the vehicles in markets and specifies the order triggering methods,
• Makes critical parts planning that would cause a vehicle remain in service for long,
• Makes planning for parts replaced under warranty,
• Creates core parts list that should be kept available in TEMSA Dealer/Service stocks in coordination with sales teams.
• TEMSA AUSTRIA makes stock planning for Europe Spare Parts Logistics Center operations.

 

Spare Parts Warehouse and Shipment


• Enters the materials accepted by the warehouse into the system under the management of stock planning team,
• Distributes the materials to he shelves in the most suitable way and collects and packages the order shipments created in coordination with the sales teams in the most suitable way,
• Transfers the packaged parts to the shipment vehicle together with the shipment information and makes the shipment ready,
• Deployment of OT/VT Barcode System widely and effective workforce management within the warehouse organisation will contribute in avoiding the packaging mistakes, stock correctness and on time material supply.


Spare Parts Documentation

• Manages the preparation and update processes for Online Spare Parts catalogs for vehicles to be commissioned or are already in the field,
• Evaluates the Technical Request forms and technical recommendation forms received from customers,
• Publishes and keeps up-to-date the electrical diagrams of the vehicles,
• Prepares the documents to be delivered with the vehicles, publishes and keeps them up-to-date in the requested languages (user guide, workshop manual, etc),

Documentation Team is responsible for keeping the the E-partlist and E-doc systems up-to-date for existing vehicles and also making them accessible by the customers for new vehicles.

Spare Parts Procurement-Supply

The Procurement-Supply team contained under the spare parts organisation manages and handles the priority planning and availability metrics,

Operates with 365 agreed suppliers, 60 of which are import suppliers and 275 domestic suppliers, and specifies the most suitable supply method,

• Handles order management on basis of the customer orders and stock planning data,
• Organises the allocation of procured materials on basis of the orders,
• In case of any supply difficulties, it provides the fastest solution for the sales channels by improving  alternative supply methods,
• Realizes  equivalent parts studies with sales teams,
• Contributes to the brand awareness under studies such as packaging, logo placement contained under standardization approach for procured parts.
